The Financial Aid Process

At Academia, we strictly adhere to Tribhuvan University's scholarship rules and regulations. We make higher education financially accessible by guiding eligible students through a structured and transparent scholarship process. Our dedicated team supports students at every stage, from identifying suitable scholarship options to completing the required documentation, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

01. Apply for Aid

Students planning to enroll in the 2083 session are advised to submit their online applications along with the necessary documents at an early stage. This helps in timely evaluation of scholarship eligibility at Academia.

02. Review

At Academia, every application undergoes a systematic review process to ensure fairness and transparency. Submitted documents are carefully verified to assess academic background and eligibility criteria. Qualified applicants are evaluated for suitable programs and available scholarship opportunities. Final decisions are communicated promptly to support timely enrollment planning.
